A web based Easter Egg hunt in Augmented Reality as part of 2024 Cadbury Easter Campaign.

As Experience Director, I oversaw the creative and technical execution of the project, including game design, environment art, animation, UX/UI, scripting, optimisation, and overall project management.

The AR experience was built using PlayCanvas and 8th Wall, with all hero assets modelled and rendered in Maya and Redshift, then adapted for real-time performance on mobile web. Visitors entered a fully interactive environment featuring playful characters (such as Humpty toppling from a treehouse and cracking open to reveal chocolate beans) before racing through a timed Easter egg hunt for instant and major prizes.

The result was a charming, high-performance mobile web-based AR activation designed to delight guests, encourage repeat visits, and bring Cadbury’s Easter world to life in an entirely new way.
